Keystone Law provides global mobility tax advisory and compliance services to employers and their globally mobile employees relocating to or from the UK.

Employers

For employers seconding employees, obtaining advice early on can help avoid unnecessary cost and can enable businesses to remain compliant. Our service includes advising on the PAYE, international social security and payroll implications associated with globally mobile employees seconded or transferring to or from the UK. We also advise on the cross-border taxation of complex remuneration such as share option arrangements and pension contributions in respect of globally mobile employees. For tax equalised employees, we advise on the set-up and management of tax equalisation arrangements and we also operate UK Modified PAYE arrangements for employers.
